I needed to drop weight and drop it fast, I was well over weight and couldn’t pass my fitness test which would make or break my chances of getting on the Fire Department.
I had 2 weeks before my next test, so I put together a diet plan that not only allowed me to drop over 20 Lbs, but did it easily, safely, healthily and kept it off
