Why i cant lose weight?

I’m sorry if this goes out and hurts someone, but in the kind of world we live in it’s not that easy to come by the truth you tend to easily get opinions to make yourself feel good. While I do understand that you’d want to feel good about yourself, at the same time I want you to understand that there are things that you can improve about yourself in the forms of losing weight. So what I’ll do is try to ease this into your mind because I have the feeling that if you are reading this, well you’ve probably spending some time working out and don’t really like what you are seeing so what I’ll try to do is list some reasons why its happening

Why Can’t I Lose Weight?fat-eating

1. You don’t have a balanced eating program. I get to hear this all the time “Oh I shouldn’t eat that many times a day I might gain extra weight” etc, etc ,etc well have you ever considered using a diet shift program? They tend to help a lot.

2. You wind up eating too many carbohydrates in the evening. You should try and cut down on carbohydrates during the evenings instead what you should do is to work them and use them properly for work out, if you are just going to go to bed you’ll wind up gaining weight because they tend to be stored as fats.

3. You give up when it comes to cardio. Unless you’re sweating on the treadmill and breathing hard you aren’t working yourself hard enough.

4. You don’t drink enough water. You need to drink lots and lots of water I mean a gallon a day should be average water is required to help you increase your peak efficiency when it comes to working out.

5. Eating junk, do you think you can get away with it? No you cant, If you think that you can eat junk food and get away with it bad idea. Have a day in the week where you cheat a little bit forget about having an entire week to cheat, otherwise everything that your doing will be without purpose.

These are just a few reasons why you can’t lose weight so follow them effectively and you’ll see the difference yourself.
