Hey, this is Megan Sanders, and as a working mom, I know that losing weight, and keeping the pounds off can be next to impossible. I make sure my girls eat well but sometimes it is easier for me to just go through a drive-thru than to dice up a bunch of veggies to have as a snack.
This is my story. After having my first little girl, who is now 9, I was able to lose all but about 15 pounds of my baby weight. When I got pregnant again, I just added more to that. I’m Maria, and I recently found a diet so great that I couldn’t resist sharing it (thank goodness for blogs, right)! The diet is surprisingly
simple- when I started, I was losing weight like crazy, and I hadn’t even joined the gym yet! I’m just a mom who works for a living (and, no, I’m no personal trainer), and so of course I had some extra weight I needed to lose. It’s almost a given, right? But believe me when I tell you that I have plenty of experience with diets that don’t work. I was just lucky enough to find one that does. And this one doesn’t deal with any crazy changes in your daily meals, or make you follow any horrible fads, because who really wants to eat a hamburger without the bun?

Indian tribes chew chunks of Caralluma Fimbriata to suppress hunger when on a day’s hunt. This succulent is used amongst the labor classes in South India to suppress appetite and enhance endurance. Wealth of India, the Indian Health Ministry’s comprehensive compilation on medicinal plants, lists Caralluma Fimbriata as a vegetable and as a famine food. The key phytochemical constituents of the herb are Pregnane Glycosides, Flavone Glycosides, Megastigmane Glycosides, Bitter Principles, Saponins etc.
