Majority of the people nowadays are suffering from weight related problems around the world. Normally, the solution for losing weight is regular exercise in order to shed off the excess fat. However, there are natural methods to lose weight fast and it does not require you to eat less, or starve yourself or eat specific food items. It sounds too good to be true, but it is effective nonetheless. Before we continue and discuss the natural methods to lose weight fast, it should be established that exercise is essential for our general health and should be a part of any weight loss program.

You can never become slim by starving yourself; in fact, it has substantial negative effects on the overall health. Eating is important for the health but knowing exactly what you are eating in terms of the calorie intake, is crucial. Every diet plan should include vegetables and fruits and additionally, consumption of fish at least twice a weak. An important thing to remember is to eat more meals than usual; this means that you should eat 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day instead of eating just 3 large meals. The basic concept behind this is that you should eat whenever you feel hungry. Starving yourself also slows down the metabolism, and thus makes the process of fat burning very ineffective and gradual.

Lose weight in just one week

A diet program is not a compulsion for weight loss for everyone, but then again, a lot of people have to follow a certain diet and exercise routine in order to successfully lose weight. Losing weight on a permanent basis requires you to follow a diet plan that does not restrict you from any food, and more importantly, you are comfortable with it. In order to lose weight in just one week, you should consider the following tips:

• Keep a check on the amount of calories you consume each day, and maintain a steady intake of protein, fruits and vegetables and drink sufficient water.

• Aerobic activities such as walking or swimming should be made a part of your daily routine or at least done on alternate days. The duration should last for at least 30 to 45 minutes and increased with time. You should quit the habit of weighing yourself regularly and give it a rest for one week at least.

• Instead of eating 3 large meals during the day, you should have 5 to 6 small meals everyday. The idea is to eat whenever you are hungry, and avoid starving your body for long period of time.

• Always have healthy nutritional snacks with you whenever you go out, so when you are hungry, you eat those snacks instead of eating high calorie substitutes.

Hi!  I’m Nadia Williams.  I’m a single, working, hockey, guitar and ballet (whew!) mom to two wonderful kids.  This doesn’t leave me much time for myself.  And as much as I try to make sure that my kids and I eat healthy, its not always possible for me to locate healthy food choices when I’m on the move – which I am A LOT, trying to balance my work (I’m a medical receptionist), driving the kids between school and activities, and shopping and other errands.

Samantha’s Personal Fast Wight loss Story

I decided to write this blog first as a journal for my personal use, but then decided to post it publicly. If my journey and story helps just one person it will be gratifying.
